At SEOLocal.us, we are committed to providing high-quality SEO services that deliver measurable value to your business. As a provider of digital services, we do not ship physical products. Please review our fulfillment policies below to understand how we manage service delivery, refunds, cancellations, and more.
1. Refund Policy
Our services are backed by performance and client satisfaction. We offer the following refund policy:

Refunds are granted only if we fail to initiate the SEO campaign or deliver any work within 14 days of your confirmed payment.

Once campaign setup or work has begun (including keyword analysis, Google My Business optimizations, backlink creation, etc.), no refunds will be issued.

For recurring subscription plans, clients are responsible for canceling prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for unused time on an active subscription.
2. Delivery Policy (Service Fulfillment)
SEOLocal.us provides digital marketing and SEO services. The delivery of our services occurs in the following ways:

Upon purchase, onboarding begins within 2–3 business days.

Clients will receive a welcome email with access to our client portal and/or an onboarding form to submit business and keyword details.

SEO deliverables such as keyword tracking, content creation, GMB optimization, and backlink building are fulfilled on a rolling monthly basis as per the chosen plan.

Clients will receive monthly reports or dashboard access detailing progress and results.
There are no shipping charges as no physical goods are involved.
3. Return Policy
As a digital service provider, SEOLocal.us does not accept returns. However, we do stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with the services provided or a mistake on our end:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving any report or deliverable.

We will review and, if applicable, revise the work to ensure it meets expectations.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting our support team at support@seolocal.us.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Upon cancellation, all services and access to deliverables will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
